Our History

Over the past 27 years Austin-Spencer Collision has developed a reputation for providing you with safe, timely repairs while staying competitive in the market. Our facilities are outfitted with up to date equipment, and our Mechanics and Body Work specialists are hand picked top quality.

What started as just a two-bay garage has since expanded into a massive 20 Bay garage with over 12,000 square feet of operational space, and has expanded to a shop in the Victor area as well. In addition to increasing in size, the facility now also serves as a base of operations for Snyder Upholstery, which allows them to perform services in tangent, saving you an extra trip.

Currently our facility houses such equipment as Down Draft Spray Booths, Car-o-liner Frame and Unibody Repair Systems, A/C check & refill equipment, Wheel Alignment machines, Mechanical Service, Tire Mounting & Balancing, and much more.

How should I choose a repair shop?: Honesty and history play a large role in choosing your repair shop. Choosing a shop that you feel comfortable with and who works well with insurance companies is also important. Recomendations bring us a better portion of our business, chances are more likely that you've heard of our services from somebody who has used them. History gives us hear-say, honesty brings us recomendations.
Should I look around for different estimates?: There is no law that requires you to get more than one estimate. Most collision shops in the same area will be subject to the same parts and labor rates. The prices will vary based on how accurate the estimate is to how long it takes for those repairs. It comes down to why you choose a collision shop, not so much a comparison of estimates.
What kind of training do your employees have?: Our people are professionally trained craftsman who undergo continual training to focus on keeping you informed throughout the process while providing quality service. To meet your expectations we keep you involved through the process and perform quality work at a fair price.
When will my car be ready?: When we put together an estimate we can give you an approximate time frame. We follow the certified first plan, which you can view by clicking, When will my car be ready
Do you accept Walk-ins?: We do, however if you are on a schedule it's best to call ahead.
How do I know if my car is "Totaled"?: Generally insurance companies consider a total loss to be damages that total 75% of the vehicles worth. Value can be determined by condition, mileage, and options among others. This may also vary by insurance company. You can check your vehicles approximate value on the Edmonds .
The insurance company gave me a damage appraisel I don't agree with, or is telling me where to go. What should I do?: You do not have to accept the insurance companies damage appraisel, see the "Appraisel Clause" in your insurance policy to resolve differences. Additionally, you are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs, you choose the shop and authorize the repairs.
How do I work out the cost of the repairs?: You are responsible for the cost of the repairs, and a financial arrangement must be made before we can release the vehicle. If you are filing a claim with your insurance company, we contact them to work out the coverage, you will be responsible for the amount of the deductable on your insurance policy.
